Our Story
Already Equipped™ is a Grant family initiative developed through Sunflower Creatives.
Dr. David Grant brings a background in education, adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development, and digital learning. Tammy Grant brings experience in website development, digital strategy, and creating clear, approachable online experiences. Their daughters, Chelsea and Bethany, contribute creative and graphic-design and eLearning expertise.
Together, the family shares a belief:

Meet Dr. David Grant
Dr. David Grant is an educator and instructional designer and co-owner of Sunflower Creatives with extensive experience helping adults understand complex information, develop new skills, and move from uncertainty to practical action.
After a long career in higher education and learning design, Dr. Grant understands that career transitions can create both freedom and uncertainty. Already Equipped™ grew from a desire to help experienced adults recognize that their knowledge, judgment, and ability to serve others still have value.
His approach emphasizes clarity, responsible planning, adult-friendly learning, and progress without unnecessary pressure.
Meet Tammy Grant
Tammy Grant is a web developer, digital-business professional, and co-owner of Sunflower Creatives, a web development and creative business that helps individuals and organizations build professional, practical online presences.
Her work includes WordPress website development, responsive web design, digital implementation, branding integration, search-engine optimization, and helping clients turn ideas into functional websites that support real business goals.
Through years of hands-on work with clients, Tammy has developed a practical understanding of what it takes to move from an idea to an online presence without allowing technology to become unnecessarily complicated or overwhelming.
Through Already Equipped™, Tammy brings the implementation perspective to the authors’ shared approach. She helps adults over 50 understand that creating an online business does not require becoming a technology expert. Instead, technology can be selected and used purposefully to support the work, customers, and life they want to build.
